On 4 April, the 2nd newsletter of the BuildOffsiteEU project was launched, aimed at training providers and centres, sector educators, construction workers, large companies, entrepreneurs, and SMEs in the construction industry. This edition presents the latest developments of this Erasmus+ initiative, which focuses on the transition from traditional to industrialised construction.

This new newsletter highlights the work carried out by the consortium so far, with a particular focus on the analysis of industrialised construction systems and a detailed study of the main systems. The objective is to identify the relationship between specific professional skills and the principles of the circular economy and energy efficiency.

The findings have been documented in national reports (Spain, Slovenia, Italy, Greece, and North Macedonia), which have been compiled into a transnational report on the Analysis of industrialised building systems.

These documents will serve as the foundation for developing a Map of New Competencies essential for implementing industrialised construction.
