The partners of the BuildOffsiteEU project have launched the latest newsletter, aimed at informing training providers and centres, sector educators, construction workers, large companies, entrepreneurs, and SMEs in the construction industry about the results and best practices achieved within this Erasmus+ initiative.

This final edition highlights the development of various tools that contribute to the creation of training proposals for the (re)qualification of the construction workforce. These resources support the transition from traditional to industrialised construction while enhancing knowledge among vocational training centres, companies, workers, and the wider community about this innovative construction approach.

In addition, the partners have identified key occupations essential for this transition, outlining the technical, transversal, and managerial skills required. They have also mapped existing training pathways in each country that could help address these skill needs.
