The BuildOffsiteEU project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, has developed an interactive skills map and training pathways to facilitate the (re)qualification of traditional construction professionals in the field of industrialised construction.

This tool, available in English, Spanish, Italian, Slovenian, Greek, and Macedonian, is aimed at specialists in electricity, air conditioning, roofing, and masonry. It enables training centres and companies in the sector to identify the key skills required for the transition to industrialised construction.

The map compiles information analysed by project partners in Spain, Italy, Slovenia, North Macedonia, and Greece. It offers structured navigation across different levels, allowing users to filter by country, select from the traditional occupations analysed (electrician installer, air conditioning technician, roofer, and mason), and classify skills into technical, management, or transversal categories. Additionally, it identifies the key skills needed to accelerate the transition towards industrialised construction and provides access to relevant training for each profile.

Thanks to this innovative multilingual tool, professionals in the sector can systematically update their knowledge and skills, improving their employability and facilitating their integration into the industrialised construction sector. With this development, BuildOffsiteEU reaffirms its commitment to innovation and training in an ever-evolving industry.
