The new Torre Arenal building, designed by architect Carlos Carbajosa of Ámbito Arquitectura, will use prefabricated parts for the construction of its façade. The building will be located in the new Isla Natura neighbourhood in Seville, will have 17 floors and will be 60 metres high, making it the tallest residential building in Seville.
This architectural project focuses on promoting sustainability, efficiency, innovation and quality. Along these lines, the façade cladding will be built in an industrialised manner and will have pieces several metres long, which will be textured and painted in the factory, and which will subsequently be placed on the building.
The industrialised construction of the façade of the Arenal Tower will reduce construction time and improve quality control. In addition, it will have benefits in terms of savings in overheads thanks to the fact that part of the construction processes will be carried out in the factories beforehand.
